together for lunch in Fresno on Sunday? And also I wanted to let you
all know that I'll be wearing my "007 this bond can't be broken"
shirt to the memorial. I know it's a little casual, but I just
thought it was perfect. If anyone wants to join me in wearing it,
you're more than welcome to. I love you all very much. |
P.S. I'll be bringing my Grizzly Bear (with her Papoose :-)), too.
They can stay in the car or we can all bring them in and make a pile
somewhere, but I wanted to let you all know in case you wanted to
bring yours, too. |

Throughout the years I loved being able to share
life and offer encouragement when needed. I will miss that and you

Many of you have been asking how to help Kassie's family--When
Kassie graduated from high school, she delayed her plans for college
and traveled throughout California as the Grand Worthy Advisor,
Rainbow Girls in California. Her job was to visit all of the Rainbow
assemblies throughout California, represent the State ...of
California at the annual National Rainbow Convention, to motivate
and serve as a role model for Rainbow girls and to raise money for
her favorite charities. At the age of 18, Kassie raised $85,235 for
the Teddy Bear Foundation and ran a statewide blood drive resulting
in 859 pints of blood. Rather than flowers or food, a donation to
the Rainbow Foundation in honor of Kassie Lee would really be great.
Thank you for all of your warm wishes and comments. Kassie is in a
better place and in God, Cathy and I must trust. |

Kassie, as a Mother Advisor I could not have asked
for a better role model in a GWA for my girls to look up to. Thank
you for taking the time for the young girls in our organization. You
are missed by so many. I am happy and honored to have known you. You

helped to save by inspiring our Rainbow Family to donate blood. |
Kassie- Thank you for teaching me what school and
personal leadership is all about. When I think about the example you
provided to so many others and the personal sacrifices you quietly
made so that your fellow students could have better experiences I am
humbled. You were simply one of the best leaders BHS ever had. |
As I was playing Praise songs to celebrate the
wonderful woman you are, the birds were singing along so I became
gently aware of God's healing love during this sad time and realized
you are surrounded by the love of so many and will continue to bring
joy and inspiration into the lives of everyone who were blessed to
kn...ow and love you. You have left an incredible legacy for such a
young woman and I will always remember how truly special and
inspirational you were. There is no doubt God has great plans for
you! |

incredible smile and your sense of humor. You are SUCH a beautiful
and incredible young woman and it was only such a short time ago
that you graced California Rainbow with your love. You will be
missed, by many, and remembered always. |

golden. Well maybe that's true, but we never wanted memories we only
wanted you. a million times we'll need you and a million times we'll
cry if love alone could have saved you, you never would have died,
in life we loved you dearly in death we love you still in our hearts

Nearing the end of a day I will never

The Broken Chain
